iPod® Shuffle™ drawing

1. to qualify for drawing, the user must have a valid joeboard.com joe-pass purchased on or before january 10, 11:59 pm. this means you're eligible for the drawing if you've purchased a year-pass after 1/11/08 and if you've purchased a season-pass after 8/11/08.
2. the prize, a 1GB apple iPod, will be awarded to a valid joe-pass holder (either year-pass or season-pass) selected at random on january 11, 2009.
   
3. the winner will be notified via email on janurary 11, 2009 and prize will be mailed via US Postal Service registered mail, after winner confirms mailing address.
   
4. the winner's joeboard.com username and home town will be posted on the homepage of joeboard.com after drawing takes place and winner is notified.
   
5. winner is responsible for all taxes, state, local and federal, on prize.
6. joe, the sole volunteer at joeboard.com, is not eligible.
